VIEW LOCATION & GET DIRECTIONS

Travelling by Car

Enter Swiss International Scientific School Dubai into your sat nav and follow directions to the campus.

On arrival, head to Gate 1 and let security know you are attending Outstanding Schools Dubai 2026. The security team will direct you to the designated parking and event entrance.

Please allow time to park, make your way through security and collect your badge before the conference begins.

Travelling by Taxi

A taxi is a convenient way to reach the venue from your hotel or elsewhere in Dubai. You can use a Dubai taxi or book a journey through Uber or Careem.

At the security hut next to the courtyard, let the team know you are attending Outstanding Schools Dubai 2026. They will direct you to the event entrance and registration area.

Travelling by Metro

You can travel towards the venue using the Dubai Metro Green Line, followed by a taxi to the school.

On the Green Line: travel to Creek Metro Station.

On the Red Line: change at BurJuman or Union onto the Green Line towards Creek, then continue to Creek Metro Station.

From the station: book a taxi to SISD, Gate 1 to complete your journey.

We recommend a taxi for the final part of the journey, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the area or carrying bags.

You will need a valid nol card or ticket for the Metro. Check the latest routes and service times before travelling.

Travelling by Air

Dubai International Airport (DXB)

Dubai International Airport is the most convenient arrival airport for SISD. The school is approximately 20 minutes away by car, depending on your arrival terminal and traffic.

For the simplest onward journey, take a taxi from the official airport taxi rank or arrange a transfer through your hotel. If travelling directly to the conference, ask for SISD, Gate 1.

The Metro is also available from DXB Terminals 1 and 3. Take the Red Line to Union, change onto the Green Line towards Creek, and continue to Creek Metro Station. From there, take a taxi to the school.

Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC)

If your flight arrives at Al Maktoum International Airport, plan for a longer road transfer to the venue. A taxi or pre-booked hotel transfer is the simplest option.

Check your airport code when booking your flight and arranging transfers, as DXB and DWC are separate airports.

Accomodation

For a convenient base for the conference, consider accommodation in Al Jaddaf or Dubai Healthcare City. You may also wish to compare hotels in Dubai Festival City, taking the road journey to SISD into account.

If you are extending your stay, choose a location that suits both your conference plans and the other activities you would like to enjoy in Dubai.

Booking your Hotel

We recommend comparing availability and prices through a booking platform such as Booking.com or Expedia, then checking the hotel’s own website before making your reservation.

Compare the total cost for your stay, including taxes and local charges, alongside breakfast, cancellation terms and any airport transfer arrangements. A flexible booking can be useful if your travel plans are still being finalised.

Planning your stay around the networking events?

If you are also attending the Pre-Event Yacht Networking Evening on Friday 6 November or the Leaders Circle Dinner on Sunday 8 November, remember to allow for these dates when booking your flights and accommodation.

These events take place at separate venues and require an additional networking booking.

On arrival at SISD

Please arrive through Gate 1 and tell security you are attending Outstanding Schools Dubai 2026.

The security team will direct you towards parking or the event entrance. Once inside, make your way to registration to collect your badge before heading to the conference sessions.
