Nathan Sadler Vice Principal - Head of Primary, Dubai British Jumeirah Park Nathan graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with First-Class Honours in Primary Education, beginning his career as a Key Stage 2 teacher in the UK before moving to Dubai in 2011. He has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Primary at GEMS Wellington Academy Silicon Oasis, and was Headmaster of an outstanding UK independent school, achieving the highest ISI grading. Holding the NPQH, Nathan excels in raising teaching standards, developing leadership, and driving whole-school improvement. Guided by a belief in valuing every child, fostering safety, and building strong relationships, he leads DBSJP Primary with personal commitment, passion, and dedication.
Jen Cruickshank Head of Secondary, Dubai British Jumeirah Park Jen is an influential educational leader with a proven record of driving sustained school improvement across private and state sectors. Holding the NPQH, she began in Physical Education and Dance, progressing to leadership in Performing Arts, Wellbeing, and later whole-school roles in Dubai, including Deputy Headteacher. She has led curriculum, assessment, and pastoral strategy, delivering coherence, rigour, and strong outcomes. Known for building inclusive, high-performing teams, Jen champions psychological safety, inclusion, and high expectations. She removes barriers, raises ambition, and develops future-ready learners. Believing learning should be joyful and challenging, she ensures students achieve beyond perceived limits while enjoying their journey.
