As the group expands, she moves between regions, supporting the quality of education and leading due diligence on new acquisitions to integrate each school into the Forfar family while preserving its local identity. She joined Forfar from Wellington College International, where she was International Director overseeing partnerships across India, Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle East, having previously spent four years in China leading Wellington's central academic team.
